  • Led troubleshooting, duplication/installation (Hardware/OS/Software/Firmware), continuous improvements, and product dispositions for 12 end of line automated test systems
  • Mentored junior engineer through facility transfer (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ) and technician to develop skills such as 3d printing and troubleshooting custom equipment with software

Manufacturing Test Engineer

July 2019 - March 2021

Auris Health

  • Developed manufacturing data dashboard for test results and present it cross-functionally
  • Support sustaining and new product introduction efforts of robotic catheter production
  • Designed custom fixtures to improve production processes, examples include a pneumatic leak test fixture which improved yield by 2% and a UV cure enclosure to improve operator safety
  • Lead equipment preventative maintenance activities for production line
  • Led team in bring up of new manufacturing facility including developing equipment tracking list, procuring all equipment (380 unique items), and qualifying equipment (125 items)
